How to Turn Trends into Brand Momentum with Michelle Blaser
Marketers are obsessed with trends, but what are they really, how much do they matter and how do you know if they will last? In our increasingly attention-scarce media landscape, brands need to know how to take part in a trend’s momentum in order to gain a competitive edge.
Michelle offers her expert guidance on how to evaluate the legitimacy and depth of a trend’s transcendence and how companies can leverage them to create an incremental impact for their business.
At the end of this talk, you will be able to:
1. Evaluate the difference between micro trends, macro trends and full-fledged movements.
2. Identify the road signs and warning signs to evaluate a trend’s depth, or lack thereof, through unique data collection and analysis.
3. Learn how to leverage trends to find your new competitive advantage.
