Job Type: Full-Time
As Coastal’s Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to use your creativity and marketing skills to plan, coordinate, and carry out Coastal’s social and digital marketing. You’ll also have the opportunity to use your interpersonal skills and management talent as you develop relationships with vendors and internal customers, and build a highly engaged team.
The contributions you can anticipate making:
Reflecting Coastal by:
•Developing and overseeing non-event related social postings
•Managing all digital marketing including producing, modifying, and analyzing all digital media (email, websites, blog, social channels, digital ads, and contests)
•Making recommendations on overall plan of action
•Working with the VP Marketing and Creative Director on the look and feel of all digital media
•Overseeing the production of marketing collateral other than that related to special events
Developing team through:
•Identifying each of your team member’s talents and helping them do more of their best work
•Scheduling one-on-one meetings with each team member on a regular basis
•Conducting stay interviews and performance pulses on a regular basis
•Cross-training to ensure optimal coverage
•Assisting with the optimizing of staff and processes
•Successfully recruiting additional staff as needed Providing exceptional member service by:
•Building a positive culture that inspires your team to do their best
•Ensuring your staff has the knowledge and tools needed to perform well
•Building rapport with your department team, vendors, and internal customers.
•Preparing reports for management on the results of marketing efforts
•Assisting with the optimizing of staff and processes Protecting Coastal by:
•Ensuring staff is capable of providing adequate service at all times
•Keeping staff up-to-date on regulations pertaining to the financial and marketing industries
•Achieving marketing objectives within planned budget
•Providing support for internal/external auditors
•Resolving audit and exam findings
•Ensuring the BCP preparedness of division

Experience: Five years’ experience with digital and social media marketing.
Five years of management experience.
Education: Related bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
