Brief Job Description:
The Washington Duke Inn & Executive Conference Center, a AAA Four Diamond luxury property, is currently seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our family of three hotels, including the Inn, JB Duke Hotel and The Lodge at Duke Medical Center. The Sales & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for participation in the total sales effort, primarily by providing backup and assistance for the Sales Managers, including typing, filing, distribution of information, computer support and client support, as well as assisting in reporting, trade show support and executing social media strategy. Preferred skills include Microsoft Word and Excel, Delphi experience, two years minimum hotel sales experience or familiarity with hotel operations, and excellent communication skills.
