The Public Relations Manager is responsible for managing Butterball’s reputation and year-round earned media activities with the assistance of outside PR agency efforts, supporting the communications process for crises, and assisting senior leadership in the development of annual communications plans consistent with the overall strategic plan. The primary role of the Public Relations Manager is to enhance and defend the company’s reputation among various constituencies including, but not limited to, traditional, social and trade media, customers, consumers, local communities, partners, vendors, team members, and ownership. This position will attend local industry and community events that enhance the company and brand reputation.
